Public Lectures
The naturopathic
doctors at Fredericton Naturopathic Clinic are firm believers in the Latin meaning of the word 'doctor' - it means
'teacher'! While most Medical Doctors are too busy to spend the time and energy required to teach their patients how
to better care for their own health, we have committed ourselves to the goal of providing ongoing education our patients,
and to the public, with respect to the benefits of natural and preventive family medicine. With this in mind,
our naturopathic doctors continue to lecture extensively in the Fredericton and Woodstock regions. Since October, 2001, free
lectures have been presented at the University of New Brunswick, NB Power, NBCC Woodstock, Everett Chalmers Regional Hospital,
Stepping Stone Third Age Centre, NB Breast Cancer Society, Nurturing Ourselves Women’s Conference and various provincial
government offices and special interest groups. This community involvement will continue, so check this page regularly to
stay on top of the next talk's date and location!

Private Lectures for your Office, Business or Social Group
Often patients have very specific health concerns, but do not know where to find information
regarding current medical evidence or treatment options. Moreover, busy lives mean we often have even less TIME to find answers
to these questions. Fredericton Naturopathic Clinic has a convenient way to help you get some health care answers! Our talks
can be as formal or informal as you require and can take place at your meeting establishment. Lectures can be on a variety
of general topics like hormone replacement therapy options, osteoporosis, bowel disease and headaches, or on a specific topic
determined by you and/or your group. The lectures will provide not only 'alternative' treatment options, but current
medical research your doctor may not have told you about and blood testing you should ask for when a health concern exists.
